Description
Some of Paris's most beautiful buildings are its railway stations. From the art nouveau detailing of the Gare De Lyon to the restrained classicism of St Lazare. This set of six postcards features the six main stations hand-drawn in exacting detail. They are:

Gare Du Nord: The main international station adorned with statues representing its main destinations
Gare De l'Est: This one has a gorgeous facade with two intricate cast-iron windows
Gare De Lyon: Has a distinctive clock tower and exuberant detailing
Gare d'Austrerlitz: An unusual station with a metro line that pops out of it's facade
Gare Montparnasse: The only modernist station featuring clean lines and a classic mid century clock
Gare St Lazare: The longest facade with a restrained elegance

I used both Nord and Est multiple times on a few trips to Paris. I thought they were pretty inspiring works of art and decided I wanted to draw them. When I saw Lyon and Austerlitz I had the same urge and then I decided I'd like to add Montparnasse and Lazare to complete the set. I went with an intricate elevation type drawing to get all the architectural details and also as no-one seemed to have done this style with them before.

These postcards are printed on thick high grade matte paper. They come in a box wrapped with twine.

Postage within Taiwan is free. I can also ship internationally.

If you're wondering where the Gare de Bercy is it didn't make the cut, because it's small and terrible. Also while I love the Gare d'Orsay I decided to keep this as operational stations only. Paris has a few closed stations that are interesting but that would be a whole other set.
