Description

Every era of Tokyo's history is present in this intricate drawing of the city. It centers on the busy historic Tokyo Station in the heart of the Marunouchi Business District. The skyscrapers contrast with the spacious parkland of the Imperial Palace to the west of the station as a royal procession leaves the gates. I've wanted to draw this station since 2018 and decided this technique did it justice! It was drawn in fineliner pen with a little pencil for texture.


Fabric Wall Hanging
This is printed on a lightweight cloth and can be hung one of two ways up. 
The printing is not as fine as the canvas but it is still very detailed.
It measures 72 x 72cm and can be easily transported.
The folds can be treated with a handheld clothes steamer
